Completion of System Cards

I notice that the Club has provided copies of another Club's basic System Card form.

The completion of System Cards is a learned process so it would be helpful if a more experienced Members could provide an example of a completed card where a very basic system is being played.

Perhaps the example could be printed in a future Newsletter?
